Bamborough Academy or Spirit, as he is known at home brings to our stud some of the best Welsh bloodlines available today. Sired by Eyarth Tigra (Imp), a son of the Royal Welsh UK Supreme 'Carwed Charmer' now deceased, and out of the beautiful show mare Imperial Picture Me.
Spirit has been shown very successfully in his first three years.  He can count three times Melbourne Royal Champion Welsh B Stallion/Colt and was also named Supreme Section B at Melbourne Royal in 2006,  twice Victorian All Welsh Champion Welsh B Colt and Best In Hand Exhibit at the G&P Welsh Youngstock show amongst his wins. Spirit is also a WPCS medal winner.
Spirits first foals have arrived from both our own and outside mares and are everything we expected from this outstanding stallion.
